We are on a mission to re-introduce rest and recovery into the lives of our local community through chiropractic. We believe that healthier bodies will create more enjoyment in life. We want to normalize pausing and reflecting on the beauty that is within and all around us by taking time to receive the care that we all deserve.

Enjoy one of our comprehensive 30- or 60-minute chiropractic treatment sessions. Each session combines any of the following: acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, passive stretching, joint mobilizations, chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue therapy (incl. instrument-assisted & kinesiotaping), and corrective exercises. We combine various treatment techniques to improve results.
