We offer home visits or workplace appointments if that suits your treatment goals based.

Often, nature is the setting for our clinic. We offer 1:1 and group based nature-therapy programs. This can include Walk and Talk therapy, exposure therapy and forest bathing.

There is also an option for telehealth if that is best suited to your needs.

We will start with a phone call and determine the best location for your appointments.
