I am a Registered Kinesiologist working out of a private clinic space. This clinic is a 5-minute walk from the Rosedale Subway station and located on ground level. It has all equipment necessary for strength & mobility training, as well as access to private treatment rooms.

My approach blends movement science with practical, individualized programming. Each plan is grounded in biomechanics, shaped by the client’s goals and lifestyle, and designed to improve long-term function.

When appropriate, I also integrate osteopathic manual techniques (within my kinesiology scope) to release movement restrictions, support recovery, and help clients move more freely.
