Lightroom Counselling Services is established by Roseline to inspire individuals, couples and families who want to overcome the hurdles of life and accomplish their desired goals and live a fulfilled life. Lightroom Counselling Services is committed to offering affordable and accessible sessions that are geared towards meeting individual’s needs. She believes everyone deserves a brighter future with insight, motivation and strength building that ultimately lead people to achieving their desired goals in every area of their life.

At Lightroom counselling, we, believe that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Our mental health affects every aspect of our lives, from our relationships to our career to our overall sense of well-being. But unfortunately, many people neglect their mental health, either due to stigma or simply not knowing how to take care of themselves.

That's where I come in as a psychotherapist, my goal is to help individuals identify areas in their life that may be causing stress, anxiety, or depression, and to provide them with the tools and support they need to overcome these challenges.
