Experience
In 2011, I graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree. I have worked in retirement and long-term care homes as well as in the community. In this role, I worked with residents with varying illnesses and conditions. I coached gymnastics for many years. Coaching those from 18months old to 16+ years old.
I have a focus in neurological conditions as well as senior wellness.
Professional Bio
I have always been in the movement field; from gymnastics coaching to Kinesiologist. I like always being on the move and working with clients. I, myself, like to play sports like beach volleyball and slow pitch, participate in mud runs and yoga classes. You can find me looking for the next fun out of the box activity - bubble soccer, archery tag, escape rooms!
