Experience
Charlotte graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2012 and gained her practical experience over the past 10 years in primarily physiotherapy clinics and in-house corporate clinics. In 2020, she founded of Thrive Urban Wellness Inc, a collective care model, health and wellness clinic in Newmarket, ON.
The individual assessments and treatments provided are knowledge and evidence based, while offering a comfortable, safe and secure environment. Treatments are provided to address a multitude of pathologies, to individuals of all ages. Charlotte has extensive experience in providing massage modified for pregnancy (perinatal), post-operative care and rehabilitation, sports related injuries and more. Integrated within treatments, Charlotte offers mindfulness meditation, Gua Sha, advanced cupping techniques, acupressure therapy, remedial exercises and home self-care recommendations.
Her ongoing studies in the art of massage therapy proves to be an excellent complement to her curiosity, care and attention to the details. These intense studies ignite her clinical mind and compassionate heart, giving focus to her approach for treating each patient under her care. Charlotte has connected her studies and knowledge with her natural ability of caring for others to provide fully integrated care.
