About Me

Experience

I have been involved in sports for most of my life, ranging from soccer, basketball, to tennis. Martial arts has been a passion of mine for years. I’ve earned a 3rd degree black belt in karate and have competed across North America. I have over 10 years of experience teaching karate and kickboxing to people of various ages and skill levels.

I attended the University of Waterloo and earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2019. While in school, I was an intern strength and conditioning coach with the varsity women’s basketball team. I also volunteered at the physiotherapy clinic on campus and worked with people to recover from various injuries.

I ventured out with Delta Kinesiology in 2023 with the aim of helping women reach their health and fitness goals. I work one on one with clients, taking into consideration any injuries, conditions and limitations and help work around them while providing them with personalized programming that they enjoy. I also run small group classes for people who enjoy the social aspect of working out while still getting the benefits of exercise.

I believe that all these experiences have helped me in being able to adapt and diversify my approach to suit everyone’s individual needs.
