About Me
Experience
I have over 25 years experience working as a kinesiologist in both industrial ergonomics, physiotherapy clinics, with the Alzheimer Society and the VON. I continue to pursue life long learning with training from Osteoporosis Canada for Bone Fit, Thrive Health Services for Cancer programming, GLA:D Canada for Osteoarthritis, Expand Respiplus for COPD and ongoing education in persistent pain.
Professional Bio
I enjoy inspiring, educating and supporting people to live better with the power of exercise and lifestyle changes. I volunteer with a cancer support group in my home town and participate in as many outdoor activities as I can. I have completed several endurance races both in my canoe, on my bike, in the lakes, on the snow and on the roads.
