About Me

Experience

I have been working as a Kinesiologist since 2018. Over the course of my career as a Registered Kinesiologist, I have gained experience in an industrial setting, long term care, and private practice. I have now been working in private practice for 3 years as a Registered Kinesiologist. My specialty, although I am still growing, is in exercise programming and movement assessments. I have worked with a number of RTW clients, taking a fairly aggressive but successful approach to their rehabilitation through strength and conditioning. I enjoy all aspects of my job, but getting people to their peak performance is my goal.

Professional Bio
I enjoy all aspects of my job, but getting people to their peak performance is my goal. A former Laurentian University Basketball student-athlete, my goal after my athletic career was to ensure that all athletes going into their sport at a high level were properly prepared. This is why I chose the Kinesiology profession. Through the course of my career as a Kinesiologist, I have worked with a variety of different clientele from older adults recovering from stroke, to high level hockey players looking to make their big break. I have a passion for giving people the tools to achieve their goals and empower their performance in both daily life and in their sport.
