Experience
Jane completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. For 30+ years, Jane has developed specialized movement, health education and therapeutic exercise programs in various settings including day programs, clinical and private practice and virtually. She is registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association and Canadian Kinesiology Alliance.
In her private practice, Jane offers client-centered, in-home, specialized movement exercise programs to youth, adults and older adults, living with chronic musculoskeletal and neurological health conditions.
I have a genuine commitment as a Kinesiologist to facilitate functional movement and health, and prevent injury through one-on-one specialized movement and exercise programs, empowering potential and lifestyle change.
My passion is for helping people, young and older, facilitating their movement, health and mobility journey.
I believe in the value of movement and exercise and the physical, emotional and functional benefits it provides, ensuring optimal health in body and in mind.
