About Me

Experience

Jane completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. For the past 30 years, Jane has developed specialized movement, health education and exercise programs in various settings including day programs, clinical and private practice. She is registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association and Canadian Kinesiology Alliance. Jane offers in-home and virtual, movement and therapeutic exercise programs to children and youth with developmental, physical and intellectual disabilities. As well as programs for adults living with chronic health conditions, including Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Fibromyalgia, Acquired Brain Injury, Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis.

Professional Bio
My passion is for helping people, young or older, with varying degrees of fitness, health and wellness, meeting them where they are at on their health and mobility journey fostering change and potential.

I genuinely believe in the value of movement and exercise and the physical, emotional and functional benefits it provides, ensuring optimal health, body and mind.
