As a Registered Kinesiologist, Jennifer specializes in one-on-one personal training and lifestyle coaching. With over a decade of experience, she has worked full-time with clients while continuing to educate herself extensively in the fields of human movement, holistic health, and behaviour change. By combining her healthcare knowledge and her years of practical experience, she provides a comfortable coaching environment – in person and virtually - to assist her clients to live a healthier, happier, and more active lifestyle.
Jennifer believes one of the best relationships you can have is the one you have with yourself. Nobody can care for and know your needs better than you can, yet every so often we simply need to ask for help along the way.
