About Me

Experience

As a Kinesiologist I have worked in a physiotherapy clinic providing therapeutic exercise programs to clients who are in rehabilitation from an injury or medical conditions. I was also a fitness instructor, and personal trainer during my time at this clinic.

I also worked as a Health and Safety Officer for a Steel manufacturing facility. During my time I was responsible for workplace wellness program, creating and updating programs and policy, as well as auditing the health and safety management system .

Professional Bio
Hello I am Jess. I am a Registered Kinesiologist, who has a degree in Kinesiology, as well as a diploma in fitness and health promotion and a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

My passion is to provide clients with exercise and education that will help them achieve their goals. I believe it is important to take an individual approach to all clients to understand their needs, and create programs or recommendations that will work for their lifestyle. This can work on a large scale taking into consideration specific worker needs when creating a health promotion program for a company, or more small scale working one on one with a client who is exercising for the first time.
