Judy Chu is a Registered Kinesiologist, Adult Educator, and Fitness & Health Specialist. She has extensive experience in teaching, personal training, and motivational speaking for older adults for over 30 years. In 2016, she retired from Baycrest and started her own consulting company. She keeps current with the latest research, and best practice principles, as she sits on the Portfolio Exercise research team at St. Michael's Hospital. Her passion is to exercise to make a positive difference to your life!
