About Me

Experience

Our bodies are naturally designed for movement, and this perspective has shaped my lifelong enjoyment of physical activity. I have been working in the fitness, health, and wellness field since 2000 and have been personal training since 2004. With a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from York University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto, I gained extensive knowledge and confidence in working with clients facing diverse health conditions and diseases.

I am honoured to be a Registered Kinesiologist and hold the title of a Non-Practicing Registered Nurse. This path has allowed me to share my profound passion for fitness, health, and wellness with others, enabling me to lead a purposeful life dedicated to positively impacting people’s lives. My goal is to inspire individuals to embrace movement and unlock their full potential.

Additionally, I recently broadened my skill set by obtaining Reiki 1 & 2 certifications in 2022. This integration of Reiki with my kinesiology practice has proven transformative, enabling me to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of my client’s well-being.

During my leisure time, I find joy in the company of family and friends, indulge in the rhythm of music festivals where I can dance freely, and explore the world through travel and photography. These pursuits further enrich my life, nurturing my holistic approach to wellness and reminding me of the beauty that movement and connection bring to our existence.
