About Me

Experience

My typical client is a thoughtful, empathetic adult or teen who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally burnt out, or disconnected from their authentic self. They might be navigating trauma, perfectionism, ADHD, autism, or the pressures of high-demand environments. Many seek to embrace their true selves, recover from emotional burnout, heal from relational trauma including narcissistic abuse, and build lives rooted in their own values. They are ready to strengthen self-trust, explore what it means to unmask, and create a life defined by authenticity rather than external expectations.

In our work together, I help clients move beyond self-doubt and survival mode. I offer a nonjudgmental, confidential space where you can set goals, explore identity, and reconnect with what matters most to you. While I draw from evidence-based practices, I also bring a flexible, non-traditional approach, tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs.

You deserve support that honours both where you are and where you are going. Some clients come to heal and restore self-trust; others seek greater meaning, connection, or vitality in lives that feel stagnant. Wherever you are on your journey, you do not have to navigate it alone. Let's build your next chapter and leave this one behind. You've got this.
