About Me

Experience

I have been practicing as a Kinesiologist for the last 15yrs. I started out working in physiotherapy and chiropractic clinics. In 2008 I started working in the motor vehicle industry providing rehabilitation therapy for victims of motor vehicle collisions. Throughout my time working with this population I was able to take a variety of courses to specialize in manual therapy and advanced exercise prescription. I am also a Canadian Aquafit Alliance certified Aquatic Therapist.

For the past 2.5yrs I have been working as a private healthcare provider seeing clients in my home based clinic or community pools providing 1 on 1 specialized therapy for a variety of soft tissue injuries.

I provide an in depth objective and subjective assessment technique to get to the root of the issue and come up with a comprehensive treatment plan with the client to get them moving better, feeling better and doing more.

Professional Bio
Over the past ten years, I have worked with clients who have been involved in motor vehicle collisions. I worked with these clients through their rehabilitation process in their homes or in their communities, providing them with one on one assessments and treatments on a range of musculoskeletal injuries. Having had great success with these clients, I decided to open a Private Clinic in my home. I continue to provide private services to clients of all ages with acute or chronic pain by travelling to clients' homes, home pools or community pools.

I also work with clients currently working with personal trainers if they are suffering from joint pain through/despite their program. I can assess movement patterns or issues and modify your programs to continue to work with your trainers. By using better movement patterns, you can decrease pain and increase the effectiveness of your current training program.
