Peng's foundation in manual therapy, rehabilitation, and physical fitness began during his college and university studies, where he developed an evidence-informed approach to helping individuals move and feel better. His experience at PURE Massage and Holistic Therapies and the Ottawa Spinal Decompression Center (OSDC) allowed him to refine therapeutic techniques that combined relaxation with effective rehabilitation. He later brought this foundation to NeuroGym Rehabilitation, where he expanded his therapy-oriented approach by integrating manual therapy with exercise and rehabilitation principles. Working in a rehabilitation-focused environment reinforced his belief that lasting recovery comes from combining hands-on treatment with movement, education, and individualized exercise strategies.
Peng continues this evolution at NeuroKin-X Performance. He is currently completing his Master's practicum in Counselling Psychology, allowing him to take an integrative approach that recognizes the connection between physical health, mental well-being, and performance. His goal is to help clients not only recover from injury and reduce pain but also build resilience, improve function, and optimize long-term health.
Peng believes every client deserves personalized care. By combining acupuncture, manual therapy, rehabilitation, and movement education, he tailors treatment plans to each individual's goals, whether they are recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, improving athletic performance, or simply striving to move and feel better.
Committed to lifelong learning, Peng continues to expand his clinical skills and incorporate current evidence-based practices into his treatments. He is passionate about empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to live active, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
I look forward to working with you.
