I am a graduate of the University of Ottawa who received my Honours Bachelor in Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics in 2016. I am a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, is a member of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Kinesiologist's Association, and is certified in Office Ergonomic Assessments.

Professional Bio
I am passionate about using exercise prescription to improve quality of life by meeting personal injury rehabilitation goals, and have experience over the past ten years with various client populations, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Veterans, acute sports injuries, chronic pain conditions and neurological conditions (ex. Parkinson's, MS, etc.)
