Experience
My approach blends movement science with practical, individualized programming. Each plan is grounded in biomechanics, shaped by the client’s goals and lifestyle, and designed to improve long-term function.
When appropriate, I also integrate osteopathic manual techniques (within my kinesiology scope) to release movement restrictions, support recovery, and help clients move more freely. 
I currently work in both clinical and fitness settings across Toronto.
