About Me

Experience

I’m a therapist who has spent the past three years supporting adults in community mental health settings, private practice, and virtual care. I work primarily with queer and neurodivergent adults, creating a space where your inner world, identity, and lived experiences are honoured without judgment. My approach blends expressive arts therapy, DBT skills, somatic awareness, and mindfulness. These modalities help us slow down, listen inward, and access parts of you that may not always have words.

I support people navigating anxiety, stress, chronic pain and illness, endometriosis, Type 1 diabetes, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. I’m especially passionate about helping clients feel understood in the places where mental health, health conditions, and identity intersect. I chose this work because I believe deeply in the power of being witnessed, of having someone walk beside you as you make sense of what hurts and reconnect with what matters. What I love most is watching clients rediscover their own clarity and feel more at home in themselves.
