About Me

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) I work from a culturally sensitive and integrative approach with clients to understand them better and meet them where they are at with their concerns. Mostly, I work with young adults and adolescents as they navigate their mental health concerns related to anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. However, I also have experience helping clients through life transitions, relationship issues, family dynamics, stress, trauma, and ADHD.

Along with your expertise on your life, I hope to help explore and take control of your mental health. During this process we can identify patterns between your thoughts and behaviours, find healthier coping strategies, and rewrite your story. Everyone deserves to be heard and understood, and I would be honoured to join you on your own mental health journey.
