About Me
Experience
After working in a physiotherapy clinic helping injured workers, Silvia realized that many of the injuries she treated were due to poor fitness and thus switched to personal training to help people become more proactive with their health. Through online personal training, she helps STEM professionals and other analytical thinkers to train and eat so that their long sedentary work hours (and love of carbs) don’t stop them from getting the bodies they want. Her long term goal is to make professional exercise services accessible to all, ideally as part of the healthcare system.
