Experience
Prior to working at AMG, Spencer has worked with many different clinical and special populations at CBI Health Centre, Lifemark Health Group, and the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario. With experience in a clinical and non-clinical setting, Spencer has developed the tools and skills to help his clients attain their goals of health and wellness, pain and performance, or healthy lifestyle.

Professional Bio
Spencer is a Healthcare Entrepreneur who has worked as a Registered Kinesiologist in the Rehabilitation, Healthcare and Fitness Industry. Spencer joins the team with numerous clinical and business experiences in building exercise programs and systems for companies to ensure sustainable outcomes. His main focus at AMG is to develop and lead the ReJuv program while managing the Advanced Fitness Center. He is passionate about helping individuals develop healthy lifestyle behaviours changes to prevent/manage chronic diseases as well as move better, decrease pain and increase overall function and strength to do the things you want to do. Spencer hopes to develop the ReJuv program to help the citizens of London, Ontario create healthy behaviour changes like Exercise, Nutrition, and Stress Management to feel stronger, healthier and confident in their everyday life.
In addition to his work at AMG, Spencer mentors Kinesiology students who are looking to write the Registered Kinesiology Exam in Ontario and is the host of a podcast called, Making Kinnections, that interviews other Registered Kinesiologists in Ontario and discusses the profession of Kinesiology. In his spare time, Spencer enjoys playing soccer, tennis, kayaking, running and spending time with family.
