About Me
Experience
I am a licensed naturopathic doctor in Alberta and Ontario. Prior to completing her 4-year postgraduate naturopathic medical degree, I obtained her undergraduate degree from the Applied Human Nutrition honours professional degree program at the University of Guelph. From there, I went on to study naturopathic medicine and was drawn to the discipline because it blended medical science with nutrition, holistic wellness principles, and aimed at digging deeper to uncover the root cause.
I focus on helping women (entrepreneurs, students, moms, and professionals) and children tackle hormone, gut, and, immune dysfunction so they can thrive in all areas of their lives. This looks like addressing burnout, resolving histamine issues, improving menstrual dysfunction, improving energy, getting to the root of IBS and indigestion, optimizing fertility outcomes in women, and address skin conditions like eczema or acne.
