I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, providing compassionate, evidence-based care across acute care, community, and private healthcare settings. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals with complex medical conditions, chronic illnesses, palliative care needs, and age-related challenges, while also guiding families through difficult healthcare decisions.

My passion lies in helping people navigate an increasingly complex healthcare system. I founded Vital Life Nursing to provide personalized nurse case management, health advocacy, care planning, and caregiver coordination for older adults and individuals living with chronic or complex health conditions. I believe that every person deserves a care plan tailored to their goals, values, and quality of life.
